In 2019 St Mary's College is celebrating 150 years of educating young women in South Australia. Our journey commenced in 1869 when seven founding Dominican sisters arrived from Dublin Ireland to set up our school. We proudly hold the historical significance of being the oldest school for girls in South Australia.

We are very proud of our achievements over the many years and being part of the history of Adelaide is very important to the staff and students of St Mary's College. The College values the connection we have made with the wider business community over the years, and we would now like to share our celebration with your organisation.

In August 2019 the St Mary's College community will come together at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre for a night that will acknowledge and celebrate 150 years of education. We would like to stage an event that is inclusive of our diverse community. To do this, we are seeking assistance from the business community by way of corporate sponsorship. This will help us to both stage a high-quality event and at the same time keep ticket prices manageable for our families and guests.

Venue: Adelaide Entertainment Centre
Date: Saturday 10 August
Time: 7pm

 

Our expected audience is approximately 600 guests. This will include St Mary's College families, old scholars, current and past staff, Dominican family members, invited guests and the wider community.

The corporate sponsorship strategy aims to:
  • Create a presence for our corporate sponsors within our school community via St Mary's College web page, newsletters, emails, social media and personal invitations.
  • Build ongoing relationships with corporate sponsors
  • Develop mutual cross marketing and co-branding strategies for this event and future opportunities
  • Offset some of the production costs of our event thereby assisting families to attend
  • Corporate sponsorship is possible through one of three packages outlined below. There is also a donations package available in addition or as an alternative if more suited to your business.

 

GOLD PACKAGE - $5000

What we can offer in return:

 

  • Table Name and logo
  • Logo on screen -100% screen coverage at 3-minute intervals before and after the show and at intermission)
  • Verbal acknowledgement during the event (MC)
  • Printed Program Thank you section and logo 50% of page (solo)
  • Social Media - pre and post event acknowledgement logo/story (solo)
  • College website promotion throughout the event season (TBC)
  • Newsletter/College Information System/ acknowledgement pre-post event (50%)
  • Online Ticketing site Logo (scale 50%)
  • All email/mail correspondence re: event will feature sponsor logo in footer (scale 50%) this will be developed within a timeline for the event launch


SILVER PACKAGE - $2500

We can offer in return:

  • Logo on screen -50% screen (paired with other Silver sponsor) at 2-minute intervals before and after the show and at intermission)
  • Verbal acknowledgement during the event (MC)
  • Printed Program Thank you section and logo 25% of page (paired)
  • Social Media - pre and post event acknowledgement logo/story (paired)
  • College website promotion throughout the event season (TBC)
  • Newsletter/SEQTA acknowledgement pre-post event (25%)
  • Online ticketing site Logo (scale 25%)
  • All email/mail correspondence re: event will feature sponsor logo in footer (scale 25%) this will be developed within a timeline for the event launch


BRONZE PACKAGE - $1500

We can offer in return:

  • Logo on screen -25% screen (shared with other Bonze sponsor) at 1-minute intervals before and after the show and at intermission)
  • Verbal acknowledgement during the event (MC) (shared)
  • Printed Program Thank you section and logo 15% of page (shared)
  • Social Media - pre and post event acknowledgement logo/story (shared)
  • College website promotion throughout the event season (TBC)
  • Newsletter/SEQTA acknowledgement pre-post event (shared)
  • Online ticketing site Logo (scale 15%)
  • All email/mail correspondence re: event will feature sponsor logo in footer (scale 15%) this will be developed within a timeline for the event launch

DONATIONS PACKAGE

Donations for silent auction items and raffle prizes will be acknowledged
